The quality of the T-shirts is top notch — great material, comfortable fit, and the print came out sharp and clean. Colors are bold and exactly what we were hoping for. It’s hard to find companies that care about the details, but Pulse Merch definitely does. If I could give Cohen more stars I would. He has the best quality, and he really knows what he's doing. I have used him in the past for my employer's work uniforms, 2 or 3 orders. They were very comfortable and easy to work in. Also, the prints last forever so I knew I could wear and wash them over and over again. I just recently got to use Pulse Merch for my own designs, and I am beyond impressed. I was really particular about wanting a soft feel for my shirts and hoodies and he did not disappoint. He's so easy to work with and he's happy to help with recommendations. With so many choices (a good thing) it was wonderful to have him there to help me narrow down my options to what I was looking for. I really like the new system he has, and I love how he does the mockups for me to get a visual before they're printed. He also has great recommendations for companies in his network; he referred me to someone who helped me design my website and create the images for all the shirts and hoodies I'm making. So I work for a company that specializes in reducing/eliminating taxpayer debt with the IRS Fresh start program, and i wanted to make some t-shirts that pay homage to one of our favorite movies, "Ghostbusters". After contacting several different vendors and gathering several different quotes, I almost gave up due to the price quotes I was receiving, it just seemed like nobody truly wanted to work with me. I almost gave up, but then I found these guys out in Utah so I decided to give them a call. Right off the bat, when I spoke with Cohen, he was super friendly and shared a huge sense of enthusiasm for the project, and at first I thought he was just buttering me up. However, the quote he gave me beat every single competitor, and I didnt even have to negotiate with him at all. I was so impressed with the customer service I decided to give him a shot- and im glad we did. The entire office absolutely loves the shirts, the company owners were especially impressed with the final product. Great quality, great customer service, and way more affordable to boot. Cohen was awesome! We had a really small project that came up suddenly that we had to take care of for our business. We literally had less than 24 hours to accomplish it. He didn't have to take our project (as several other screen printers chose not to, understandably), but instead he fit us into his busy schedule to make it happen and we got exactly what we were hoping for. The whole process was easy and seamless. Pulse does some great work! Just follow his Instagram to see some of the work that he did for us. Our design for our Tee shirts was not exactly an easy one and used a lot of colors and was fairly intricate.
