I needed T-shirts for my band’s merch. I shopped a ton of companies that print T-shirts, some bigger companies and some local to my area. Pulse Merch was the most personable when it came to communication, finding the right brand of tshirt and helping me with sizing the logo and design as well as the price. As soon as I approved the quote and they went into production I feel like they were made and delivered so quickly. I LOVE how they came out! The T-shirts themselves are so nice and soft and high quality and the designs are beautifully printed on each and every shirt. I am so excited to see these shirts on friends, family and fans!

I had an excellent experience with Pulse Merch. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with and made the entire process smooth. They even helped refine the final shirt design, which turned out better than we had envisioned.
Our order included more than 35 shirts in a wide range of sizes, including 4XL, and everything was handled accurately and professionally. Cohen kept us updated throughout the process and stayed committed to the timeline. When shipping delays were outside of his control, he went above and beyond by personally driving more than two hours to deliver the shirts to my home so we could meet our deadline. That level of customer service is hard to find.

If I could give Cohen more stars I would. He has the best quality, and he really knows what he's doing. I have used him in the past for my employer's work uniforms, 2 or 3 orders. They were very comfortable and easy to work in. Also, the prints last forever so I knew I could wear and wash them over and over again. I just recently got to use Pulse Merch for my own designs, and I am beyond impressed. I was really particular about wanting a soft feel for my shirts and hoodies and he did not disappoint. He's so easy to work with and he's happy to help with recommendations. With so many choices (a good thing) it was wonderful to have him there to help me narrow down my options to what I was looking for. I really like the new system he has, and I love how he does the mockups for me to get a visual before they're printed. He also has great recommendations for companies in his network; he referred me to someone who helped me design my website and create the images for all the shirts and hoodies I'm making. So I work for a company that specializes in reducing/eliminating taxpayer debt with the IRS Fresh start program, and i wanted to make some t-shirts that pay homage to one of our favorite movies, "Ghostbusters". After contacting several different vendors and gathering several different quotes, I almost gave up due to the price quotes I was receiving, it just seemed like nobody truly wanted to work with me.
I almost gave up, but then I found these guys out in Utah so I decided to give them a call. Right off the bat, when I spoke with Cohen, he was super friendly and shared a huge sense of enthusiasm for the project, and at first I thought he was just buttering me up. However, the quote he gave me beat every single competitor, and I didnt even have to negotiate with him at all. I was so impressed with the customer service I decided to give him a shot- and im glad we did. The entire office absolutely loves the shirts, the company owners were especially impressed with the final product. Great quality, great customer service, and way more affordable to boot. Definitely give these guys a shot, you wont regret it.

Cohen was awesome! We had a really small project that came up suddenly that we had to take care of for our business. We literally had less than 24 hours to accomplish it. He didn't have to take our project (as several other screen printers chose not to, understandably), but instead he fit us into his busy schedule to make it happen and we got exactly what we were hoping for. Totally worth going to again!

The whole process was easy and seamless. I gave some ideas of what I would like for some shirts, and I would get proofs back asking if that’s how I would like it or anything would need to be changed until they were perfect! Cohen worked his magic again. Yard signs this time for our non profit buddywalk for down syndrome community. These beautiful signs will line our walk path, sharing our superheros with over 800 expected friends and family. He took our logo/theme and designed the signs and made the signs picture perfect!
