I needed T-shirts for my band’s merch. I shopped a ton of companies that print T-shirts, some bigger companies and some local to my area. Pulse Merch was the most personable when it came to communication, finding the right brand of tshirt and helping me with sizing the logo and design as well as the price. As soon as I approved the quote and they went into production I feel like they were made and delivered so quickly. I LOVE how they came out! Our order included more than 35 shirts in a wide range of sizes, including 4XL, and everything was handled accurately and professionally. Cohen kept us updated throughout the process and stayed committed to the timeline. When shipping delays were outside of his control, he went above and beyond by personally driving more than two hours to deliver the shirts to my home so we could meet our deadline. That level of customer service is hard to find.
