Can I see a mock-up before you print or embroider my order?
Absolutely. We send digital mock-ups for approval before anything goes into production. This way, you’ll know exactly what to expect, and we can be sure everything looks just right before we fire up the machines.
Can I come visit your shop?
Pulse Merch operates by appointment only to ensure each project gets the attention it deserves. If you'd like to stop by, just send us a message or book a time, and we'll be happy to set something up! You can reach us through text, email, or our website. Looking forward to working with you!
Can I provide my own garments?
In most cases, no. We prefer to source garments to ensure the best quality and print results. If you have specific items you want to provide, reach out first—we’ll let you know if we can work with them.
What’s your turnaround time?
Standard production time is typically 2 weeks after artwork approval and payment. If its during the busy season it may be longer but we will inform you at the time of ordering. Need it sooner? Ask about rush options!
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush orders are available depending on our schedule. Additional fees apply, but we’ll do everything we can to meet your deadline.
